Michael Webster is the Chairman & CEO of frēijē engineered solutions company. Michael provides strategic direction for the company and focuses on building a work environment that retains current leaders and attracts new leaders.

Michael has built a company that treats all leaders with respect and he truly cares. He wants to like where he works. Since he owns the company there is no excuse for not having a work environment he enjoys. He dedicates much of his time surrounding himself and by extension all others, with good people that care about each other and treat people respectfully.  “It is much easier to go to work when you work with people you like. Michael gets extremely bored with jobs, but he gets excited about his career. He believes there should be no jobs at frēijē engineered solutions company and all careers. A job eventually gets boring, a career is something that can be invested in. Michael believes you don’t need to be constantly promoted or to run a company to have a career. You must invest your time in your skill and continue to grow as a lifelong learner. frēijē engineered solutions company will provide the opportunity to accomplish this.

Michael leads a dream life. He has a beautiful wife that he loves, 5 fantastic children and many great close friends that are like brothers. Other than the standard kid activities Michael and his wife enjoy traveling with friends and having a good time. He enjoys personal challenges, either mental or physical. He is constantly trying to get better as a person, husband and father by constantly finding new sources of inspiration of good. Michael knows life is challenging, we can always get better, and the minute you think you have it figured out is when you start going backwards.

Michael’s life has been filled with amazing stories. Stories like playing a college basketball game in Russia in front of thousands in his boxer shorts or being a pretend Navy SEAL in BUD/S training for four days in his 40’s or saving a life 3 days after taking a CPR course or getting hypnotized in Las Vegas and they didn’t remove the spell. There are too many to list, but he would be happy to share stories once you meet.

Rob Ritz is the Chief Operating Officer  who works with the team supporting operations and business development efforts.

Rob believes frēijē engineered solutions company’s strong team of technicians, team leads, service management, coordinators, estimators, and account managers provide our clients with the best service and problem-solving solutions. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for each frēijē engineered solutions company client. We work to earn trust and loyalty on every project and service account.

Rob has been with frēijē engineered solutions company since 2005, seeing the company grow to a top national construction and service contractor.  Rob studied education at the University of Southern Indiana.

Chris Leininger is the Chief Financial Officer supporting the accounting team and overall company financials.

Tom Mills is the Director of Operations for the construction division. Working directly with Project Management, Field Management, and Field.

Bill Harris is the Director of Service Projects.

Bill has been with freije engineered solutions company since 2003.
