This is when a group flies into San Diego, CA and drives across the border to one of the Homes of Hope locations. The team is briefed about the plan over the next 2 days and learns background information on the family they’ll be helping. At the jobsite, you meet the family on the concrete pad and start framing the house. In a short two days a home is built from the ground up, painted, finished and filled with supplies to get the family started.
